We created this online privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence and to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy. This Privacy Policy discloses the information practices of Stride Autism Centers Management, LLC (“Stride”, “we”, or “us”) that are applicable to the information provided or obtained by Stride through this, or any associated, website, https://www.stridecenters.com, including any electronic forms contained herein or thereon (collectively, the “Website”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Stride means and includes each of the Stride-branded centers and affiliates, and its/their affiliates and subsidiaries and its and their investors, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and assigns.

By accessing, viewing, and/or using the Website, each user (individually, “User” or “you” and collectively, “Users”) understands and agrees to the privacy practices contained herein. Stride does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes. User consents to the collection, storage, analysis and use of User Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

User Information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your city, state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.   4. Information Removal & Opt-Out. Visitors who request information on our Website have options for reviewing, modifying and deleting any personally identifiable information that has previously been provided to Stride, as well as updating their profiles and unsubscribing (or, “opting out”) to avoid receiving future communications from us. If you are subscribed to receive Stride’s newsletter or emails, you may send us a request to unsubscribe from receiving such emails at any time by emailing us at info@stridecenters.com. Upon successfully submitting information to us, we reserve the right to send you an e-mail notification pertaining to receipt of that specific submission, in which case no opt-out is required.
  5. Use of Tracking Technologies. Stride and third parties on Stride’s behalf use various tracking technologies, including, without limitation, cookies, web beacons, tokens, web analytics and other clickstream data, to collect, store, analyze, use and disclose information from and about Users’ devices, Users’ activities on the Website, and Users’ activities on the Internet. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol, or “IP” address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. No personal information about you is revealed in the process.   1. Third-Party Providers & Analytics. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Website and related services, and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Website is used.   1. Information Retention. Stride may retain User Information for an indefinite length of time in order to preserve the integrity of Stride’s databases, among other reasons. User consents to Stride’s storage of all such User Information for this indefinite length of time, at Stride’s sole discretion. Stride will also respond to written member requests to nullify User Information that is eligible for nullification in accordance with Stride’s then-current policies. However, Stride will retain and use User Information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Stride’s Privacy Policy or other agreements. Any requests for such nullification will require verification of User’s identity.
