Kelsey Kharrazi

Kelsey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly 9 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has experience working in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, communities and homes, providing comprehensive support to individuals with autism across a wide age range—from 18 months to 21 years.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2015 and began working as a Registered Behavior Technician before receiving her Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2018. Her professional expertise is focused on early intervention with children with autism ages 2 to 7 in the clinical and home settings. Passionate about education, Kelsey enjoys teaching and empowering others, whether she’s working with caregivers to teach them various ABA principles or training behavior technicians.
In her free time, Kelsey loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and spend quality time with her friends, family, and her cat, Boo. Originally from Seattle, she recently made the move to Chicago to continue her professional journey.
