Erika Wold is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated with her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019. Erika first heard of ABA through an internship where she trained service dogs for veterans and children with ASD. After graduation, Erika worked as a behavior technician in an ABA clinic before becoming one of the first RBTs with Stride in November 2020. She decided to pursue a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and graduated in May 2023

Erika has experience working with individuals with ASD throughout the lifespan (18 months – seniorhood). She enjoys getting to know their unique personalities and celebrating their big and little victories.

Erika lives in West Des Moines, IA with her son, boyfriend, and their two dogs. She prefers to be outdoors but can also be caught with a good book or refurbishing her latest thrift shop find.
