
Emily Rodman
Emily is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she received her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and her Master’s of Art in Counseling Psychology, concentrating in trauma studies. Prior to entering the field of ABA in 2019, Emily worked as a special education teacher for children and adolescents in the public school system. Through her ABA clinical experience as both a Behavior Therapist and BCBA, she has worked with individuals across the lifespan diagnosed with various developmental disabilities, including individuals with dual diagnoses (e.g., anxiety, depression, OCD). Emily has experience providing in-home, clinic-based, and consulting services. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and their individual needs across all of life’s settings.
Emily’s professional interests include trauma-informed care, organizational behavior management/people operations, and collaborative care. In her free time, Emily enjoys going on walks on the lakefront, watching reality TV, a
