1. Notice of Privacy Policy Changes. Stride reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time and without otherwise providing notice to you. We will post the new Privacy Policy here, and we will update the effective date accordingly. Users are encouraged to carefully review this Privacy Policy upon each visit to this Website for the latest information on Stride’s information practices. Your continued use of the Website, including use after the posting of any changes to these terms, will be deemed acceptance by you of the updated Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collection and Use. We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Website. You can, however, visit the Website to read information about Stride and our offerings without telling us who you are and without revealing any personally identifiable information. This User Information is provided by you on a voluntary basis only and is not required by us in order for you to use and enjoy our Website. User Information will be used by Stride, or third parties on Stride’s behalf, for purposes relating to the Website and Stride’s services, including, without limitation, contacting you to discuss your interest in our offerings; marketing our offerings; verifying and relaying information, customer service matters, or updates about Stride; improving the Website; providing you with updated information regarding the Website and Stride’s services; and for the other purposes set forth herein. The information is collected, used, stored, and maintained in a manner that is appropriate for the nature of the data that we collect and the need to fulfill your request. Stride does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes. 3. Information Transfer. User Information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your city, state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it here. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Stride will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that no transfer of User Information will take place to another organization or foreign country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.
4. Information Removal & Opt-Out. Visitors who request information on our Website have options for reviewing, modifying and deleting any personally identifiable information that has previously been provided to Stride, as well as updating their profiles and unsubscribing (or, “opting out”) to avoid receiving future communications from us. If you are subscribed to receive Stride’s newsletter or emails, you may send us a request to unsubscribe from receiving such emails at any time by emailing us at info@stridecenters.com. Upon successfully submitting information to us, we reserve the right to send you an e-mail notification pertaining to receipt of that specific submission, in which case no opt-out is required.
5. Use of Tracking Technologies. Stride and third parties on Stride’s behalf use various tracking technologies, including, without limitation, cookies, web beacons, tokens, web analytics and other clickstream data, to collect, store, analyze, use and disclose information from and about Users’ devices, Users’ activities on the Website, and Users’ activities on the Internet. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol, or “IP” address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. No personal information about you is revealed in the process. 6. Choices Available to Users. Users can choose not to provide certain User Information, but the failure to provide certain User Information may result in the User being unable to use certain features of the Website or services. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

7. Third-Party Providers & Analytics. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Website and related services, and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Website is used. These third parties have access to your User Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We may also use third parties to monitor and analyze the use of our Website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (including ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about your visit’s activity. 8. Information Retention. Stride may retain User Information for an indefinite length of time in order to preserve the integrity of Stride’s databases, among other reasons. User consents to Stride’s storage of all such User Information for this indefinite length of time, at Stride’s sole discretion. Stride will also respond to written member requests to nullify User Information that is eligible for nullification in accordance with Stride’s then-current policies. However, Stride will retain and use User Information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Stride’s Privacy Policy or other agreements. Any requests for such nullification will require verification of User’s identity. 9. Security. Stride uses commercially reasonable security measures in an attempt to keep User Information secure. As a result, Stride does not represent or warrant that User Information will be completely secure from misappropriation by hackers or from other nefarious or criminal activities, or in the event of a failure of computer hardware, software, or a telecommunications network. Any User Information is provided to Stride at User’s own risk.

10. Information Sharing: Legal Disclosures. Stride will disclose User Information to third parties only in the ways and for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy. Stride may disclose User Information in Stride’s sole discretion:

11. Consent. By using the Stride Website, User consents to Stride’s collection, storage, analysis, use and disclosure of User Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THIS WEBSITE CANNOT BE ABSOLUTELY PROTECTED AGAINST INTRUSION ATTEMPTS. STRIDE DOES NOT CONTROL THE DEVICES, COMPUTERS, OR INTERNET CONNECTIONS OVER WHICH YOU MAY CHOOSE TO SEND USER INFORMATION, AND, THEREFORE, CANNOT PREVENT INTERCEPTIONS OR COMPROMISES OF YOUR INFORMATION WHILE IN TRANSIT TO, OR ENTERED OR STORED ON OR IN, THE STRIDE WEBSITE. STRIDE MAKES NO GUARANTEES AS TO, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO, THE SECURITY, INTEGRITY, OR CONFIDENTIALITY OF ANY USER INFORMATION TRANSMITTED TO OR FROM, OR STORED WITHIN, THIS WEBSITE. 13. Protection of Children’s Privacy. The Website is not directed to children, and Stride does not anticipate that the Website is likely to be accessed by children. Therefore, Stride does not intend to collect information from individuals under 18 years of age or who have not been legally emancipated. If it is discovered that Stride has inadvertently collected information from an individual not meeting these requirements, Stride will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that data from databases and systems. If required by law, as is the case to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Stride will delete User Information by erasing it from Stride’s database upon written request.

14. Quotes & Testimonials. From time to time, Stride may post quotes or testimonials from clinicians, clients, employees and other partners on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information, such as the individual’s name or likeness. We obtain the individual’s explicit consent prior to posting such information.

15. Third Party Websites. The Website may contain links to third party websites. Stride is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of these websites. Please contact such websites directly for more information about their privacy practices. Stride expressly disclaims, and each User expressly releases Stride from, any and all liability whatsoever for any controversies, claims, suits, injuries and/or damages, arising from and/or in any way related to the use of links to third party websites that may appear on the Stride Website, including without limitation such websites’ availability, privacy policies, content, advertising, and/or products or other materials.
