Gabi discovered her passion for helping others as she worked in Special Education in the public school system, where she unexpectedly stumbled upon the principles of ABA in her role as Academic Interventionist. Upon learning more, it became clear ABA was the next step in her career. In 2023, she left her classroom and joined Stride Autism Centers as an RBT, soon jumping into leading the PreK program at the West Davenport clinic. Gabi infused two of her greatest passions into the curriculum—music and art, nurturing and enhancing an engaging classroom environment for Stride’s learners. This experience deepened her passion and dedication for her role as an RBT, which soon led to taking on the role of Recruiting Specialist, where she now gets to shape Stride’s future by attracting and cultivating exceptional teams who bring passion, energy, and dedication to their clinics—qualities that truly set Stride’s team apart. Gabi’s journey with Stride is fueled by her unwavering dedication to making a meaningful impact in the field of ABA and ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.
When she is not working, you can find her cooking something delicious in her kitchen, seeking out the funkiest vintage gems at the local thrift stores, or painting on her porch. She also enjoys making music and taking care of her house plants—her plants enjoy the music, too!

In just a little over a year Conner worked his way up through Stride from RBT to Center Coordinator, added in the Logistics Coordinator role and now he is the Operations Supervisor.
