Justine Ayres is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received a B.F.A from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and received her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drake University.

Justine has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities from ages 2 to 80 years old. She has provided ABA services in clinics, home and field settings, teaching functional communication skills, coping skills, and conducting caregiver training. Justine is passionate about providing quality and empathetic care with early intervention clients, and helping them work towards their goals.

Justine lives in Des Moines. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
