Chiara is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated with her B.A. in Psychology from Rider University in 2009 then went on to graduate school at the Erikson Institute in Chicago IL, for a M.S. in Child Development. After graduating in 2011 she worked as a Developmental Therapist (DT) in Early Intervention for 5 years providing home-based services to early learners from 0-3 years old. Her motivation to learn more about ABA continued to grow and she then decided to pursue a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She graduated in June 2018 and since then has been committed to making a positive impact in the lives of all individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses across the lifespan and in different settings. She has extensive experience in training staff on best practices for behavior support, and skill acquisition and empowering them to provide compassionate care and support. She has a strong clinical background of over 6 years of working with individuals with different learning histories, ages, and diagnoses in a variety of settings such as clinics, day programs, residential/home, and in the community. Chiara’s mission is to continue to promote a supportive environment where all individuals can achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Chiara loves CrossFit and being active with her boxer dog Payton, who loves playing fetch at the dog park and beaches. Chiara’s family and friends live in Italy and NJ.
