COVID-19
health & safety

October 2020
Update

Stride was founded to provide the best possible support to children with autism and their families. Now, our team is more dedicated than ever to upholding our founding principle. We have carefully developed strategy and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our employees, our clients, and their families as we continue to serve those who need us most.

Currently, Stride is still launching centers in Illinois and Iowa. Given this timing, we are incredibly fortunate to have customized our protocols and designed our centers from the ground up, with COVID-19 health and safety precautions at the forefront. This has allowed our program to remain committed to our evidence-backed, center-based treatment model for preschool-aged children with autism.

The health and wellbeing of the communities we serve is paramount, and it’s never been more important to come together in this time of uncertainty. Below you’ll find more information on our heightened health and safety protocols.

Like you, we continue to closely monitor the advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and our federal, state, and local government health agencies in the communities we serve. We’ll provide ongoing updates as guidance evolves.

Together, we’ll take our best stride forward.
